Refund Policy

At MM Fashion, we want you to love what you ordered. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they are processed. It should be read together with our Return & Exchange Policy.

1. When Refunds Apply

• Wrong item delivered — you received a product different from what was confirmed on WhatsApp.
• Damaged or defective item — the product arrived with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, reported with an unboxing video/photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• Order cancelled before dispatch — any advance paid is fully refundable.
• Item unavailable — if we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

• Change of mind after dispatch (an exchange may still be possible — see our Return & Exchange Policy).
• Minor colour variation due to screen or photography lighting.
• Products damaged after delivery due to use, washing or alteration.
• Semi-stitched products that have been cut, stitched or altered.
• Items returned without original tags and packaging, or without prior approval on WhatsApp.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Message us on WhatsApp at +91 90995 71520 within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order details along with clear photos and, for damage claims, an unboxing video.
• Our team will review and confirm eligibility, usually within 2 business days.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI or bank account) within 5–7 business days of approval or, where a return is required, of us receiving the item back in acceptable condition.
• Where agreed, you may instead opt for store credit or an exchange of equal value.
• Shipping charges are refundable only when the refund is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

If a refund is taking longer than expected, contact us with your order details and we will resolve it as a priority.
