Welcome to MM Fashion. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchases from MM Fashion, a women's ethnic wear boutique based in Surat, Gujarat, India. By browsing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Overview

MM Fashion sells women's ethnic wear including kurtis, gowns, palazzo sets, sharara, gharara, semi-stitched suits, readymade 3-piece sets, heavy embroidery dresses and party wear. Orders are primarily placed and confirmed through WhatsApp (+91 90995 71520).

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it on WhatsApp and payment terms are agreed.
• Please review product details, size, colour and price carefully before confirming your order.
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

3. Payments

• Accepted payment methods (such as UPI, bank transfer or other options) will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation on WhatsApp.
• Orders are dispatched after payment is received, unless a different arrangement (such as partial advance) is expressly agreed in writing.
• Always verify payment details directly with us on our official WhatsApp number before transferring any amount.

4. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order applies to that order.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Product Availability & Descriptions

• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund of any amount paid.
• We make every effort to display colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting in photography and the handcrafted nature of embroidery work. Such minor variations are not defects.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines, coverage and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier or logistical factors beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy. Please read them before ordering.

8. Cancellation

• You may request cancellation on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; our Return & Exchange Policy will then apply.
• Custom or specially sourced items may not be cancellable once processing begins; we will inform you of this at the time of ordering.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the MM Fashion name, logo, text, images and design — is the property of MM Fashion or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You agree not to impersonate MM Fashion or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MM Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays and events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
