Return & Exchange Policy
Clear conditions for returns and exchanges, and how the process works.

We check every piece before dispatch, but if something isn't right, this Return & Exchange Policy explains your options.
1. Reporting Window
- Report any issue on WhatsApp (+91 90995 71520) within 48 hours of delivery.
- For damage or wrong-item claims, an unboxing video and clear photographs are required as proof.
2. Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Wrong product, size or colour delivered (different from the WhatsApp confirmation).
- Manufacturing defect or transit damage.
3. Conditions for Acceptance
- The product must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags, packaging and any accessories intact.
- The return must be approved by us on WhatsApp before you send the item back.
- Semi-stitched items that have been cut or stitched cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items with perfume, stains, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
4. Exchange Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.
- After we receive and inspect the product (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will dispatch the replacement.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value, store credit, or a refund as per our Refund Policy.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we bear or reimburse reasonable return courier costs.
- For any other approved return, return shipping is borne by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind after dispatch, without any defect.
- Minor colour/shade variation attributable to screens or photography lighting.
- Damage caused after delivery (washing, ironing, alteration or use).
