This Shipping Policy explains how MM Fashion dispatches and delivers orders placed via WhatsApp.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We ship across India through reputed courier partners.
• For international shipping enquiries, please message us on WhatsApp — availability and charges are confirmed case by case.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Surat & Gujarat: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5–9 business days after dispatch.

These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are communicated on WhatsApp before order confirmation and depend on the delivery location and parcel weight.
• Any free-shipping offers will be clearly stated at the time of ordering.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking details with you on WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.

6. Delivery Issues

• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with a reachable phone number. Re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses may be borne by the customer.
• If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged on arrival, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
• If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (re-shipping charges may apply).
